Spring Cash Lottery Tickets:

When are the draws?

Early Bird:

  • Deadline: June 12, 2023, at 11 a.m.
  • Draw: June 13, 2023, at 1 p.m.

Main Prize Draws:

  • Deadline: June 26, 2023, at 11 a.m.
  • Spring Fever Draws: June 27, 2023, at 1 p.m.
  • Huge Supporter 20-pack Draw: June 27, 2023, at 1 p.m.
  • Grand Prize Draw: June 27, 2023, at 1 p.m.
  • 50/50 Kitty Pool Add-on Draw: June 27, 2023, at 1 p.m.

All tickets purchased by 11 a.m. on June 12, 2023, will be eligible to win the Early Bird Prize. The Early Bird draw will commence at 1 p.m. on June 13, 2023.

All tickets purchased by 11 a.m. on June 26, 2023 will be in the draw drum for the Main Prize Draws. One winning ticket will be drawn for each draw commencing at 1 p.m. on June 27, 2023.

Where will the draws be made?

Draws will be made at the Ramada Plaza, 1818 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4P 0R1.

What is the Huge Supporter 20-pack Draw?

This is a separate draw for those who purchased the Huge Supporter 20-pack of Spring Cash Lottery tickets. If you purchase the 20 tickets for $100 package, you will be entered to win the $5,000 Huge Supporter Draw.

Can I just purchase a 50/50 Kitty Pool ticket?

No, the 50/50 Kitty Pool Draw is an add-on. A ticket must be purchased in the Spring Cash Lottery in order to purchase the 50/50 Kitty Pool add-on ticket.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

  1. Cheque or credit card by mail using the order form and return envelope
  2. Credit card by phone (1.877.577.7220) or online (saskspca.ca/lottery)
  3. E-transfer by filling out the E-transfer registration form online and following the instructions received by email

How many tickets are available?

There are a total of 54,300 Spring Cash Lottery tickets available.

There are a total of 30,700 50/50 Kitty Pool tickets available.

How are winners notified?

All winners will be notified by telephone call. A message will be left if possible. If unable to reach the winner by phone, we will mail out the cheque along with a letter.

How are prizes claimed?

All winners will receive a cheque for the amount of their winnings in the mail.

Where can I find the list of winners?

The list of winners, including winner’s name, city/town, amount won, and ticket number, will be published on the SaskSPCA’s website (saskspca.ca/lottery) and social media, and in our newsletter.

How will I receive my ticket stubs?

All ticket stubs will be mailed to the purchaser. If you purchase online, you will receive a confirmation on screen that the purchase has been made and your tickets will be physically mailed to you once they have been processed.

Can someone who lives outside Saskatchewan buy a ticket?

This lottery is intended for residents of Saskatchewan. Tickets may only be purchased and mailed within the province of Saskatchewan.

Can I have different names on tickets that are purchased in a set?

No. For every ticket purchase, the name(s) will be identical on each ticket.

What happens when there is more than one name on a ticket?

If a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the SaskSPCA shall award the prize to only the first name identified on the ticket. The SaskSPCA and SLGA are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.

What would happen if a “bad” payment was made for a ticket (i.e. NSF cheque)?

Only tickets that have been paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). If for any reason a payment is returned, the SaskSPCA will contact the purchaser to collect payment. If payment cannot be made prior to the draw, the ticket will be deemed invalid.

If I win, is my ticket still in for other draws?

Yes, after each draw the winner is recorded and the ticket is returned to the draw drum for all subsequent draws.

Is my ticket purchase tax deductible?

No. Tax receipts are only issued for memberships and donations.

What happens to unclaimed prizes?

Unclaimed prizes are held for one (1) year in a secure location. Should they remain unclaimed after that one-year period, and after reasonable attempts have been made to contact that winner (i.e. telephone, mail), then the prizes are to be donated to another charitable organization approved by SLGA.

Who is eligible to purchase a ticket?

Ticket purchasers must reside in the province of Saskatchewan and must be at least 18 years of age.

Who is not eligible to purchase a ticket?

SaskSPCA staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to purchase lottery tickets.

  8. Total prize value of all draws in the Spring Cash Lottery is $33,500.
  9. Prizes will be awarded as cash.
