Dr. Sandra Neumann has spent more than three decades as a veterinarian, working to improve the health and welfare of animals. In addition to operating her own small animal practice in Saskatoon, she also works as one of the shelter vets for the Saskatoon SPCA. Dr. Neumann has been an active member of the SaskSPCA Board of Directors for many years.
